What cannot be returned?

We do not accept laptop or computer products, if they are opened or the sealed is broken/removed. These items, you will receive in a sealed boxing & are 100% genuine and comes with brand warranty by their respective company. If you find any software or mechanical defect in the product itself, you can directly claim it from the respective company or the brand from which the product belongs, by connecting with them on their helpline number.

What can I return?

You may request returns for “Ri items” like batteries & adaptor you buy from our site i.e. Ritwiz.com that are within the return window, except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable on the product detail page.

Items are returnable if you’ve received a product in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from its description on the product detail page on Ritwiz.com.
